Done once. Done properly.
Recognise any of this?
Full arch implants are for patients who have reached the point where managing individual problems no longer makes sense — and where a permanent, fixed solution is the right answer clinically and personally.
- Your dentures are loose, uncomfortable, or no longer fit properly
- You are losing teeth faster than they can be restored individually
- You avoid eating certain foods, smiling in photos, or socialising because of your teeth
- You have been told your remaining teeth are failing or are beyond saving
- You have already had multiple implants and are wondering about a more complete solution
- You are approaching or in retirement and want to resolve this once, properly
If any of this sounds familiar, you are in the right place. There is no judgement here — only calm, honest clinical advice about what is genuinely possible for you.
What is full arch rehabilitation?
Full arch rehabilitation — sometimes called All-on-4, Teeth in a Day, or full mouth implants — replaces all of the teeth in one or both jaws with a fixed, permanent set of teeth supported by dental implants.
Unlike dentures, they do not come out. Unlike individual implants placed one at a time, they restore the entire arch in a single, planned treatment — giving you a complete set of teeth that look natural, function like your own, and require the same care as real teeth.
The term ‘Teeth in a Day’ refers to receiving a full set of temporary fixed teeth on the same day as your implants are placed. Your final, permanent teeth are then fitted once your implants have fully integrated — typically a few months later. You are never without teeth at any stage.
What makes this different from dentures or bridges?
Implant-supported full arch restorations are fixed in place. They do not move, slip, or need adhesive. They preserve the bone in your jaw that is lost when teeth are missing. And because they are anchored directly into the bone, they restore the full biting force and sensation that dentures cannot replicate.

Why choose SilverTree?
There are several clinics in Bristol and beyond offering full arch implants. The difference at SilverTree is not just clinical — it is the entire experience from the moment you first contact us to the moment you leave with your new smile.
Your first appointment is never a sales conversation. It is a clinical assessment and an honest conversation about what is possible, what is realistic, and what we would recommend for you specifically. You will leave with clarity — not pressure.
Every full arch case at SilverTree is planned using advanced 3D imaging and digital surgical guides. Your implant positions are precisely mapped before surgery begins — improving accuracy, reducing operating time, and giving you more predictable outcomes.
Full arch surgery is a significant procedure. We include oral sedation in every full arch package as standard, so you are relaxed and comfortable throughout. IV sedation is also available for patients who prefer a deeper level of sedation.
If you would like to bring someone with you — a partner, family member, or friend — they are genuinely welcome. We have a dedicated comfortable space for companions and keep them updated throughout longer procedures.
After your procedure, you will rest in a quiet, private recovery area before leaving. We do not rush you out. Clear aftercare instructions are provided and we follow up the same day and the next day to make sure you are comfortable.
Every package includes your implants, surgical guide, sedation, temporary teeth, and final restoration in a single clear fee. There are no hidden charges — your written quotation reflects the total cost of your treatment from start to finish.
All full arch restorations at SilverTree come with a minimum three-year warranty on the prosthetic work, subject to attending your ongoing hygiene and maintenance appointments.

Some patients require a more complex surgical approach — whether due to significant bone loss, previous failed implants, or anatomical considerations. These cases are assessed individually, with a detailed written treatment plan and fixed fee provided before any commitment is made.
IV sedation upgrade
For patients who prefer a deeper level of sedation than oral sedation provides, IV sedation is available as an add-on: single arch +£500, both arches +£1,000. Your sedation will be discussed and planned at your consultation.
Every implant case is different. Rather than itemising individual surgical stages separately, we present a clear, comprehensive fee — so you always know your total investment from the outset. See the full fee guide for everything else we charge for.
What to expect — from first call to final teeth
For most patients, the decision to pursue full arch implants is not made quickly. It involves research, questions, and often a significant amount of anxiety about the process. Here is exactly what happens at SilverTree, step by step.
- 01
Your first conversation
Call, email, or use our contact form. There is no obligation and no sales script. We will answer your questions honestly, explain the process clearly, and help you decide whether a consultation makes sense for you.
- 02
Your consultation — £50, refunded on proceeding
A full clinical assessment including 3D imaging where required. We assess your bone levels, gum health, medical history, and the condition of your remaining teeth. You will receive an honest recommendation and a clear written treatment plan before you leave. There is no pressure to commit.
- 03
Treatment planning
If you choose to proceed, we complete your digital surgical planning. Your implant positions are mapped precisely in advance using a digital surgical guide — this is what allows us to place your implants with accuracy and provide temporary fixed teeth on the same day as surgery.
- 04
Surgery day — temporary fixed teeth
You arrive for surgery having taken your oral sedation medication as instructed. Your implants are placed using the digital guide. Your temporary fixed teeth — which look and function like real teeth — are fitted the same day. You leave SilverTree with a full set of teeth.
- 05
Recovery, reviews, and planning your final teeth
Over the following three to six months, your implants integrate with the bone. This is an active clinical phase — not simply a waiting period. We schedule regular reviews to monitor healing and take the records needed to design your final restoration: digital scans, shade matching, and bite assessment. You attend in your temporary fixed teeth and leave each visit with a clear picture of where you are in the process.
- 06
Your final restoration
Once integration is confirmed, your permanent teeth are fitted. For most patients this is one of the most significant moments — the final, fixed set of teeth that will serve them for decades with proper care. We check your bite carefully and make any final adjustments.
- 07
Ongoing care and warranty
Your final restoration comes with a minimum three-year warranty subject to attending your regular hygiene and maintenance appointments. We continue to see you as a valued patient — not just a completed case.
