Free full-mouth implant care for those who need it most.
The Gift of Smiles programme
What the programme actually delivers.
How we keep this clean
Independence in practice, not just in name.
Charities tied to commercial brands often blur the line between the two. The Foundation’s structure is designed to make that line visible — to beneficiaries, to clinicians, and to anyone donating time or funds.
Separately governed
The Foundation is a registered charity with its own trustees, distinct from the operating company. Trustees are appointed independently of SilverTree Dental.
Predictably funded
Five percent of post-tax profits from the operating company is committed to the Foundation each year — built into the company’s financial structure, not at the discretion of the clinic.
Beneficiary-led
Selection, reporting, and accounts are handled by the Foundation. The clinic provides the care; it does not decide who receives it or speak on behalf of those who do.
Get involved
Three ways to support the work.
Nominate someone
If you know someone whose oral health is genuinely holding their life back and who couldn’t afford this care, you can nominate them through the form below. We accept nominations from GPs, social workers, care homes, and community organisations, as well as friends and family members.
Apply for the programme
Applications open on a rolling basis. If you think you might be a candidate for the Gift of Smiles programme, please get in touch — we’ll explain the process, the timing, and what we would need from you.
Support the Foundation
Donation infrastructure goes live alongside the clinic. If you’d like to be in touch ahead of that — particularly as a corporate partner, a clinical volunteer, or a regular giver — tell us through the contact form and we’ll add you to the early-supporter list.
The work belongs to its beneficiaries.
The Foundation is the part of SilverTree we’re proudest of, and the part we say least about. The patients whose lives change through it are the ones who get to tell those stories.
