A private dental practice built around long-term restorative care.
The SilverTree Foundation
A registered charity, funded by us, run independently of us.
The SilverTree Foundation is an independent registered charity, funded by a fixed 5% of post-tax profits from the clinical operating company. It exists for one reason: to deliver full-mouth implant care, free of charge, to a small number of low-income patients each year through our Gift of Smiles programme.
These are people for whom severe tooth loss has reshaped not just their bite, but their work, their health, and the way they see themselves. The Foundation funds two to three of those full cases each year — start to finish, no contribution required.
Governance, in plain terms
- Registered as an independent charity, separate from the clinic. Trustees are appointed independently of the operating company.
- Funded by a fixed share of post-tax profits — not at the discretion of the clinic each year.
- Beneficiary selection, reporting, and accounts are handled by the Foundation, not by the practice.
Group structure
A clear line between care, business, and giving.
The Foundation is governed independently of the clinic. Donations, beneficiary selection, and reporting are handled separately from commercial operations.
